Pricing depends on how many nights you are staying with us, how many roommates you have, and which room or suite type you are staying in. The more roommates you have, the cheaper everyone’s package will be. Regardless of which type of package you book, Summer Splash is designed to save you a ton of money, time and hassle – we’ve cracked the Vegas code for you. (All prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of tax.)
The producers of Summer Splash Las Vegas have been producing celebrity and red carpet events for some of the world’s greatest brands and partnering with the very best hotels and venues in Vegas and the world for over 16 years. Because of our deep, deep relationships with the travel, entertainment, music and nightlife industries, and because Summer Splash Las Vegas is a semi-private event, we’re able to create the week of your life at a price that people who have never been on the trip often think is too good to be true. We made a decision when we first started Summer Splash to value the guest experience over maximizing profit, and we are dedicated to creating the most amazing experiences we can for our guests, while providing something that is massively lacking in the industry: professionalism and service.
Line ups are updated on our website under the “LINEUP” tab. Full line-ups will be announced in the spring, but #SummerSplashLV 2022 artists included The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, Diplo, Tiësto, DJ Snake, Carnage, Dillon Francis, Cheat Codes, Cash Cash, Gryffin, Zack Bia, Ross One, Justin Credible and more to be announced. If the talent has not been updated, we can not announce our line-ups until our venue partners green light it, so sign up for our email list for announcements and keep checking the Lineup page on the website. All talent is usually posted by April or earlier. Our venue partners are the best nightclubs, pools and night swims in Vegas. They include Encore Beach Club, Ayu Dayclub, Tao Beach Dayclub, XS, Zouk, Hakkasan, Encore Beach Club Nightswim, XS Nightswim, and more. In fact, 8 of our 9 events are either in our hotel (Resorts World) or walking distance.
The 2020 credit you were issued was in the form of the dollar amount paid, the reservation did not automatically rollover. When booking for 2022 you will log-in and book just as you did for 2020 selecting the week, room type, roommates, etc and when you get to the final page you will see the option to pay with your credit instead of a credit card.
Summer Splash is a 21+ event. You must be at least 21 years of age during Summer Splash to enter the pool venues and nightclubs. You can turn 21 on the trip, but pool and nightclub venues will not allow entry until you are legally 21 at midnight.
The SSLV Kick-off event is Wednesday night and not to be missed, so most guests come in Wednesday afternoon, check-in, and get ready for the party. Thursday-Sunday there is an incredible pool party each day and an insane nightclub event each night. On these dates guests generally wake up, either get brunch or head right over to event to eat there (food is available for purchase at all pool events), and enjoy our insane EDM pool party. #SummerSplashLV 2022 artists included The Chainsmokers, Marshmello, Diplo, Tiësto, DJ Snake, Carnage, Dillon Francis, Cheat Codes, Cash Cash, Gryffin, Zack Bia, Ross One, Justin Credible and more to be announced. After the pool event guests often nap, eat dinner, then start getting ready for our world-class nightclub event. Our guests come from all 50 US states, all Canadian provinces, and even from as many as 20 different other countries! You will meet a ton of amazing people.
We only receive enough VIP elite-access wristbands to match hotel inventory, so we do not sell just the wristband alone. The full Summer Splash package is designed to save you as much money as possible and is structured so that everyone stays on the Strip at the amazing Resorts World to enjoy the fully curated experience. The brand new $4.3 billion dollar Resorts World is the most amazing place to stay in Las Vegas and we couldn’t be more excited to partner with them. Seeing all your fellow ‘Splashers after the events, especially late night at the Resorts World casino and the hotel bars is half the fun and is where life-long friendships are made!
Check-in at Resorts World is officially guaranteed by 3pm, however if your room is ready early, you will be allowed to check-in when you arrive. Often our guests have had no problem checking in at 11:00am, or even earlier! Most of our personal friends and returning guests usually try to get to the hotel around 12pm so they can walk the property and enjoy the resort, regardless. If your room is not available immediately upon your early arrival, you can leave your bags with the bell desk, free of charge (Vegas secret) until your room is ready for your check-in. Check-out is 11am.
Yes, but a week-switch fee may apply depending on hotel inventory, and as long as the room type and week you want to switch to aren’t sold out. Just request here via email through our Reservations department.
Pools:
Bathing suits are mandatory for everyone.
Hotels require that ladies wear a sundress, shorts, wrap, cover up, or even just a scarf (something!) over swimsuits while walking through the hotel lobbies and the pool venues encourage ladies to do their hair, makeup and wear wedges, heels, nice sandals, or stylish summer shoes.
We suggest men wear a board short type of bathing suit, a tasteful T-shirt/polo and flip-flops/sandals. Wife-beaters, speedos, tank tops, chains, cut-off shorts and ALL ATHLETIC WEAR like gym shorts, athletic sneakers and sports jerseys are FORBIDDEN and will result in denied entry.
Nightclubs:
Ladies – Your best heels and your hottest dresses or pants and top are highly recommended. If you can’t wear heels please wear your most stylish shoes.
Fellas – Nice jeans or pants, stylish long sleeve collared shirt (you can roll the cuffs), and cool shoes are the go-to. Short sleeve dress shirts and nice collared polo shirts are allowed as well. Blazers, vests or suits are very welcome, but 100% optional. Dress to impress.
These are things that are universally “not allowed” per official dress codes:
Baggy Jeans, sports hats (fedoras and the like are usually ok), tennis shoes or shoes that are considered too “sports like,” shorts, cut offs, capris, and jerseys are all forbidden.
No sneakers, t-shirts, short sleeves or very baggy or ripped jeans, per venue rules.
No, it’s your package and you can pick and choose the events on the schedule that you would like to attend. Summer Splash Las Vegas is designed to be such a great deal that even if you choose to only attend a few events you will have an awesome time and save a ton of money. Or party hard with us and make them all.
For security reasons, we can not pair guests with other guests that do not know each other. You are responsible for securing your own roommates and roommates can be added, changed, or adjusted anytime up until two weeks before the trip.
Yes we do. Please check out our Flight Deals page for discount codes. Also, if you get a group of 10 or more to travel to and from Vegas on the same flights, you can call that airline’s group travel desk and probably get a further discount. It works!
Payment in full is due on or before MAY 12, 2023 depending on which of our three payment options you choose when you book:
1. Pay in full at the time of your booking.
2. Deposit, 1st installment, final payment – Your deposit is due at time of booking. Your balance is divided into two equal amounts, the 1st one is due midpoint between your date of booking and MAY 12, and your final balance is due MAY 12.
3. Fixed Monthly – Your deposit is due at the time of booking, and your balance is divided into equal monthly amounts (due on 1st of month) between the date you book and MAY 12. The # of payments is automatically determined by the system based on when you book. Final Balances must be paid by MAY 12 at the latest depending on which of our three payment options you choose when you book to avoid hotel mandated late fees and penalties. For deposits made after MAY 12, (unless we are sold out) full payment is due within 14 days. For bookings made after MAY 31, (unless we are sold out) full payment is due within 48 hours (so we can be sure to secure your room or suite). Again, please pay on time to avoid hotel-mandated late fees and/or cancellation. We recommend you complete payment as soon as possible to be safe. If the number of people in your room or suite changes or if you upgrade after you paid, the system will bill you for the additional amount or refund you any overpayments. We make everything as easy for you as possible. Getting everything squared away early is how we are able to deliver the best VIP Vegas experience at such an incredible value that can’t be matched.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: illegal substances, over the counter medications (Advil, etc.), vitamins, outside food or drinks, snacks, gum, mints, eye drops, contact lens solution, liquids, hand sanitizer, wet-naps, baby-wipes, nasal spray, tissues, toys/inflatables, weapons/sharp objects, Large purses, BACKPACKS, BACKPACKS, BACKPACKS, Go-Pros, Video/SLR cameras, underwater cameras, selfie-sticks, vaporizers, e-cigarettes, and more. Leave it all in the room. DO NOT BREAK ANY LAWS AT THE VENUES. YES, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING IN SUN SCREEN.

No. When we receive a deposit, we immediately turn it over to the hotel and our venue partners to secure your room and admission to all of our events for you, which is how we are able to save you so much money and get everyone the great deals that we do! Since we then no longer have the deposit, it is non-refundable.
Summer Splash Las Vegas has a very limited cancellation policy and recommends that all guests purchase travel insurance independently through the carrier of their choice. Optional Trip Insurance is strongly recommended for an emergency, including, but not limited to, an accident or illness, or death in the immediate family. This Travel Protection Insurance is not provided by SSLV. This is something that must be purchased by the participant through a third party, of which SSLV has no legal, professional, formal, or informal relationship with. If the participant chooses to not to obtain coverage, he/she will assume full financial responsibility for the cost of travel package price. No, for your security we are unable to take payment via phone. Please use our easy and secure on-site credit card payment system which offers several Payment Plan options when you register and reserve. Our back-end merchant services are provided by PayPal in order to give our guests an extra layer of security. We never actually even see your credit card information regardless of how you pay.
Vegas clubs and pools charge more for guys so it costs us more to ensure that all of our guys receive complimentary expedited VIP admission to the very best clubs and pool parties in the world with the very best DJs where there is often up to a $100+ cover normally.

This depends on which room type or Suite you are in. We have rooms/Suites that fit from as few as 1 to as many as 9 guests. Please see the Explore booking engine on this website for room descriptions and rates. QUAD occupancy means 4 friends share a room, TRIPLE occupancy means 3 friends share a room and DOUBLE occupancy means 2 friends share a room, etc. If you have more than nine people in your group, or more people that your selected room allows, your group should simply book multiple rooms and let us know you are all together in the notes section at the end of the reservation process.
If you have a large group of friends, you can reserve multiple rooms and multiple room types to accommodate everyone. If you need help choosing the best combination for your group, just email us HERE so we can help. We can even request that your rooms be located next to or near each other. We’ve taken care of groups as big as 100!
Easy. Just subtract the amount you deposited (including taxes and fees, 13.99% NV hotel tax and $20 booking fees, etc) from your package price. If you need help determining this, just email us. Regardless, when you make your initial deposit, you will be offered three payment options, each one itemizing what you owe. All balances due must be paid by MAY 12 at the latest to avoid hotel mandated late fees and penalties. For bookings made after MAY 12, (unless we are sold out) full payment is due within 14 days. For bookings made after MAY 31, (unless we are sold out) full payment is due within 48 hours (so we can be sure to secure your room or suite). That depends on the room/suite type you select (as little as two deposits total), but the financial responsibility of full payment would be on you until your roommates pay their deposits. Deposits are only $99+tax each.
Yes, you can pay in full when you make your initial deposit or select one of our payment plans offered. All final balances must be paid in full by MAY 12 or sooner depending on which option you choose.
